  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-country Support: Provide application support to business users across multiple countries, managing and resolving regional-specific issues while adhering to global service standards.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP C4 Cloud and CPQ for a global user base, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Technical Analysis: Review and understand scripts in SAP C4 Cloud and CPQ (CPQ 1.0), analyze issues, and implement fixes or solutions within multi-region environments.
  • AMS Lifecycle Support: Provide proactive and reactive application support aligned with the AMS life cycle, including incident resolution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Documentation Review: Evaluate both functional and technical documentation to ensure business requirements are met, including the analysis of system development life cycle documents.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business processes and workflows within the SAP ecosystem, translating user requests into technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing changes and enhancements in the system, ensuring seamless collaboration between business users and the technical team across different countries.
  • SDLC Involvement: Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • System Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Monitor the system for performance issues and make recommendations to optimize business operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (functional analysts, developers, and end users) across different regions to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Testing and Deployment: Assist in testing and deploying system upgrades and patches, ensuring they are effectively rolled out to all regions without disruption.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
