  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that all subordinate employees abide by all internal controls, policies, and procedures during all shifts and that the Property Operations Department is operated efficiently to ensure overall customer satisfaction for a steady and continuous relationship.
  • Responsible for motivating personnel so that they perform to the best of their abilities & setting an example by your own performance and enthusiasm.
  • Responsible for supporting Hotel policies and management decisions, interpreting and disseminating this information to staff members.
  • To ensure that a high standard of discipline and development/behaviour of all security personnel are maintained at all times, be professional in attitude, appearance and applications.

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • SPM or equivalent or working experience in a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel or serviced apartments environment.
  • 3-4 years experience in similar industry.
  • Skills/Specialized knowledge: Supervisory, Details, Structured, Organizing, Coordination.
  • Ability to adapt to company systems for daily operations and communication
  • Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
