• Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM Applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Good Knowledge of Telcom OSS / BSS Understanding.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Deep understanding of Siebel CRM data models.
• Deep understanding of Siebel Order Management, Siebel Product Configuration, Siebel Service Request, and Siebel Activity.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL.
• Strong technical skills in Siebel Product Configuration and Pricing Configuration.
• Strong technical skills in Siebel Tools Configuration, Siebel eScripting, Siebel Workflow and Siebel Task UI.
• Strong technical skills in Siebel EAI (Integration Objects, Siebel EAI Dispatch, Siebel Webservice).
• Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze data and map business processes to technical.
• Should be able to work independently on the assigned tasks and should be able to complete the deliverables based on the agreed timeline.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge in optimizing Siebel load performance related tasks. Experience in Telecom Domain

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Define scope of requirement that will be translated into design diagrams as per Siebel CRM Framework.
• Identifying and gathering detailed business requirements by interacting with users, designers, developers, and SMEs.
• Create a detailed document for defining the Siebel technical objects/codes that will be impacted based on each specific requirement.
• Conduct a Code Peer Review on Siebel code changes.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the Enterprise and Wholesale Business group, Regulatory Requirements, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Able to build Siebel technical codes/objects and complete deliverables based on timeline.
• Able to work independently on the assigned tasks for Siebel development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
