Responsibilities:
-Prepare documents such as invoice, D.O, credit note, purchase order, Claims reimbursement, payment vouchers.
- Perform various administrative activities.
- Monitor and follow up closely on payment collection and adhere to credit control.
- Data entry and ensure all documents and filling are kept properly and updated.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Education: Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI/Diploma or above.
Required skills: MS Excel, Words, and Power Point.
Written and Speaking Efficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Work independently, possess positive attitude, good communication skills, self-motivated and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
