R&D Engineer / Executive / Technician

Job Description Responsible for research and development of new projects, new products, new materials, new processes and other projects; Responsible for the optimization and improvement of old projects and products; Responsible for basic research work Responsible for the management of R&D related technical documents Responsible for the research and development workflow, preparation and management of research and development system documents; Responsible for the research and development of new products and project management; Responsible for the identification and improvement of existing products and equipment processes. Process design, improvement, process management and process training during product realization. New product process design, process realization. Check and improve the process regularly according to the actual production situation. Solve various technical problems in the production process, provide technical support to other departments; Participate in the standardization of new product development, product improvement, technical transformation and technology introduction, put forward standardization requirements, and do standardization review; Establish a standard archive, implement classified management of national standards, industry standards, local standards and enterprise standards, and ensure the uniqueness and effectiveness of standards; Responsible for research and development of new products. Complete the planning of new product development, understand the development trend of foreign and domestic similar products and technologies, pay attention to product trends, and do a good job in knowledge and technology reserves; Responsible for new product, new technology, new process development and design, improve product quality. Participate in the application and promotion of new technologies, new processes and new materials, do a good job in the transformation of technical achievements, optimization, design and improvement of existing products, processes and processes; Responsible for functional development, basic research of the company's core technologies, preparation of technical materials, and management of technical documents. Job Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Industry Experience: 1-2 years in formulation development, preferably within the baby care, personal care, or skincare sector. Internships or co-op experience will be considered. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of formulation design, stability testing, and laboratory procedures. Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct precise measurements, maintain accurate records, and follow established protocols. Collaboration Skills: Strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional departments. Curiosity and Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn new techniques and take initiative in solving formulation challenges under supervision.
