Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities within the cleaning and facilities management industry.

Proposal Development

- Create and present detailed proposals and pitches to potential clients, demonstrating the value and efficiency of the company’s services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Contract Negotiation

- Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to company policies.

Performance Monitoring

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and recommending areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the cleaning, facilities management, or related industries.
