Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for communication and order between clients and the central kitchen
- Work closely with chefs to ensure clients' request are met efficiently
- Manage and operate the resort's resident restaurant, maintaining high service standards
- Handle ad hoc situations with professionalism and resourcefulness
- Communicate effectively using WhatsApp, Email and other tools to ensure smooth operations
Requirement
- Minimum possess at least SPM
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Experience and knowledge in food and beverage operations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Quick to adjust to client requests and operational changes
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Email for constant communication
