How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Financial Transactions:Record, process, and monitor financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices.
  • Accounts Reconciliation:Assist in reconciling accounts, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Expense Management:Review and process expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Data Entry:Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all entries are updated in the accounting system.
  • Budget Tracking:Support in monitoring and tracking budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved limits.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management review.
  • Auditing Assistance:Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and records as needed.
  • Vendor & Client Communication:Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Tax & Compliance:Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:Support the finance team with additional tasks or projects as required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

    Working hours:

    • Monday to Saturday (10am to 6.30pm)
