  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or brand management (experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and retail management software.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands or outlets.
  • Passion for customer service and brand representation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail marketing strategies is an advantage.
