  • Maintain a guest-centric culture that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, and financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Ensure cashier duties are carried out in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including accurate cash handling, payment processing, and daily reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely supply orders with licensor.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee team-building activities, ensuring seamless execution and an engaging experience for participants.
  • Participate in operation hiring, conducting performance reviews, holding one-on-one meetings, scheduling, conflict resolution, and team coaching.
  • Identify and address gaps in operational performance and efficiency, implementing solutions with your team.
  • Leverage critical thinking and strong communication to address challenges effectively.
  • Complete comprehensive cross-training in all hourly roles to support the operation team effectively during peak times.
  • Execute organizational systems, including opening/closing checklists, cleaning logs, food preparation lists, and other operational standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute special events, holiday promotions to outlet customers

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or experience managing retail attractions is a plus.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team while owning specific areas of responsibility.
  • Experience in a venue with food and beverage services, including alcohol.
  • Experience in organizing and executing team-building or corporate events.
  • Willingness to work hands-on and adapt to a playful, energetic environment (we’re a paint-blast facility!).
  • Track record of successful team leadership, fostering positive culture and engagement.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage equipment, troubleshoot software, and quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage interactions with customers and staff professionally
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident in managing large groups, including families and children, in an engaging and safe manner.
  • Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to work independently.
