- Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across assigned digital placements to maintain an online brand presence and drive lead generation and new user acquisition based on trends, insights and targeted communities.
- Monitor online campaign results and optimize marketing campaigns, generate quality leads and improve key metrics based on insights (e.g. ranking target, social media impression, engagement rate, traffic, user engagement conversion rate & etc).
- Increase brand exposure through Social Media, content marketing, & advertising management.
- Rely on data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize and adjust strategies based on data results to improve marketing performance.
- Calculating accurate marketing budgets for each campaign, analyzing campaign results and ads performance, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring IT is up-to-date with engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Collaborate with Management Analyst teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing for at least 2 years.
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website Analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytic, Net Insight, Web Trends and AI supporting Digital Marketing)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement for Travel & Tours
