- Oversees and leads the HR and Admin team, including recruitment, payroll and office administration of the association.
- Manage and maintain employee records, HR databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Assist with employee relations, handling inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring appraisals are completed on schedule and performance records are up to date.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure the efficient functioning of office operations.
- Coordinate maintenance, equipment repairs and manage tenant relationships for administrative services.
- Manage inventory, ensuring that necessary resources are available for all departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labour laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. Mandarin is a must.
- Proficient in HR software, procurement systems, and MS Office Suite.
