  • Oversees and leads the HR and Admin team, including recruitment, payroll and office administration of the association.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, HR databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist with employee relations, handling inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring appraisals are completed on schedule and performance records are up to date.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure the efficient functioning of office operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, equipment repairs and manage tenant relationships for administrative services.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring that necessary resources are available for all departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labour laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. Mandarin is a must.
  • Proficient in HR software, procurement systems, and MS Office Suite.
