Technical Sales Executive

Job Discription Core Responsibilities: Product Expertise and Demonstration: Understand the technical specifications and applications of the products or services. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase benefits. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements. Act as the main technical contact during the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes. Sales Process Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and create tailored solutions. Prepare proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for clients. Negotiate contracts, ensuring both technical feasibility and profitability. Problem Solving and Consultation: Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training if needed. Market and Product Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings. Provide feedback to R&D or product teams for product improvements or new developments. Achievement of Sales Targets: Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Prepare and present sales forecasts and progress reports. Candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree holder in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent Preferably at least 3 year of related working experience. Preferably Executive level specializing in Technical or equivalent. Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
