PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to lead and oversee the production function in our organization. The Production Manager will ensure that all products, processes, and systems comply with internal and external standards. You will manage the Production team, develop testing strategies, and maintain quality metrics, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities: - Develop, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. - Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies. - Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data. - Handling Production reports and documentation. - Ensure all legal standards are met. - Lead and manage the Production team to improve and resolve the quality related matters to accomplish the organizational goals of the company. - Work with QA/QC, engineering team in identifying root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness. Education & Experience: - Minimum 2-5 years working experience in Engineering Production Manufacturing field. - A Degree in engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field is typically required. Requirements and Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Good knowledge of MS Office and database. - Proven ability to manage and lead Production teams effectively. - Leadership skills. - Ability to work under challenging and fast-paced environment. - Experience/knowledge in ISO9001/ISO14001
