-Key Duties and Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling products to new and existing customers, boosting revenue and market share. Expand market presence by identifying and developing new accounts through strategic brand awareness initiatives to drive sales growth. Provide expert consultation and support by addressing customer needs with solutions, recommendations, and technical assistance. Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure ongoing contracts and services. Provide presentations and recommend total solutions to customers by sharing knowledge of improved and new products. Arrange joint visits requested by product principals to promote new products and solutions, and address related issues. Achieve sales targets and goals, and prepare and present reports, proposals, and sales forecasts. Record and maintain customer contact data management. -Job Requirements- Must be Malaysian Minimum education requirement – Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or any equivalent Engineering qualification. At least 1-2 years of sales experience in bearings and related power transmission product in machinery and engineering applications is added advantage. (heavy industry or any machinery/mechanical related products) Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and meeting new people. Strong critical thinking abilities to identify solutions and drive success. Self-disciplined and goal-oriented, with the ability to plan and manage your own itinerary. Proactive and challenge-driven, always striving to achieve new milestones. Excellent communication skills to effectively share the latest product developments and provide value to customers. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel and Word Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required. Training will be provided
