EARTHWORK SUPERINTENDANT

Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar earthworks or construction supervision role. • Familiar with steel structure installation system. • Strong teamwork skills and proactive approach, with the ability to perform well under pressure. • Independent, diligent, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on quality and safety. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage soil disposal and earth-moving activities on the construction site. • Continuously monitor and coordinate earthwork progress with contractors to ensure timely and quality execution. • Supervise all earthwork operations and maintain clear and effective communication with site personnel throughout the earthwork activities. • Plan, prepare, and execute earthwork tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed to prevent any damage to electricity cables and gas pipes. • Job Requirements: • Strong teamwork skills and proactive approach, with the ability to perform well under pressure. • Independent, diligent, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on quality and safety. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar earthworks or construction supervision role. • Possession of a Certificate of Registered Earthworks Supervisor Course or equivalent certification.
