Engineering Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 2. Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. 3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development. 4. Prepare and present regular status reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders. 5. Review and approve engineering designs, solutions, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. 6. Establish and maintain engineering processes, standards, and tools to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs. 7. Identify potential technical and project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. 8. Ensure that engineering activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
