Safety & Health Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs and policies. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify potential risks. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards. Perform safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees. Collaborate with management to improve safety procedures and culture. Maintain accurate records and prepare safety reports for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety and health-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Certification in safety and health management (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) is a plus. Well versed in Mandarin and English communication. Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).
