Job Summary: School Milk Program (PSS) Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring important area in SMP. This function requires collaboration with team members and top management to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: i) Planning and Scheduling: Develop SMP plans, timelines with Top Management and team members. Coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for successful SMP execution. Ensure program goals align with company objectives and client needs. ii) Communication and Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for program inquiries and updates. Facilitate team meetings, document decisions, and distribute minutes. Communicate program status, issues, and risks to the company regularly. iii) Monitoring and Reporting: Track SMP progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Prepare and present reports on program status, budget, schedule, and resource utilization. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively. iv) Quality Assurance: Monitor program deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards. Conduct quality assurance checks and address any deviations promptly. Seek feedback from Top Management to continuously improve program outcomes. v) Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate SMP documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. Organize and archive program files for future reference and audits. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other project-related materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience 2-5 years and above as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse associate. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor/Master/Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Experience in Event Production or Public Relations Familiarity with agile methodologies or other project management frameworks. Working Conditions: Office-based, with occasional requirements for travel or remote work. May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines or resolve issues. Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and flexibility.
