Security Guard

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and premises. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the building, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents or emergencies to prevent any safety threats. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance & Monitoring - Monitor and authorize entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and ensure safety. - Operate security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms) to detect suspicious activities and ensure building security. 2. Patrolling - Conduct regular patrols around the premises to check for signs of intrusion, hazards, or any suspicious activity. - Report any incidents, irregularities, or damage to property immediately to the supervisor. 3. Emergency Response - Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations such as fire alarms, accidents, or other security incidents. - Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire department, or medical emergency services as necessary. 4. Access Control - Ensure proper access control by verifying IDs, maintaining visitor logs, and escorting visitors as needed. - Ensure employees and visitors adhere to the company’s safety and security policies. 5. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and accident reports. - Document any irregularities or breaches of security. 6. Customer Service - Provide a friendly and professional presence for employees, visitors, and contractors. - Assist with lost and found items and answer security-related questions or concerns.
