F&B MANAGER Rawang DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing daily operations restaurant and kitchen. Managing and developing the team to deliver the day-to-day operational needs of the food and beverages department. * Developing menus (menu planning). * Maintaining quality standards. Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverages service. * Recruitment and training of staff. Overseeing staff training and staff supervision. To ensure all F&b team members are trained, reviewed and regularly assessed to deliver and excellent food and beverages service. * Shift scheduling. * Purchase and control of inventory. Monitoring inventory and cost control. * Monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial budget and target are met. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. To analyses feedback from customers and produce action plans that improve the performance and deliver the required standard. * To be the first point of contact for any customer feedback and ensuring any disputes or adverse comments are resolve to the customer’s expectation. * Assisting the Sales Department with planning the various events and deciding on the perfect menu for the customer’s likes. * Keeping good relations with customer to maintain restaurant image. REQUIREMENT • Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years of working experience is required. • Must be able to work on weekend and public holiday. • Must have your own transportation and license. • Japanese cuisine is an advantage. BENEFIT • Salary RM5,000 – RM7,000 per month (Depends on Candidate Experience) • Meal and Transportation Allowance. • Medical and Insurance. •Uniform.
