The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and target potential customers through lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

    2. Marketing Management

    • Design and execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns, content creation, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
    • Manage social media platforms, websites, and other digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

      3. Team Leadership

      • Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
      • Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback on team performance.
      • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.

        4. Strategic Planning

        • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
        • Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
        • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall company goals.
        • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
