Planning Executive (REF:SIN)

Job Description • Production raw material control from receiving until to supply for production use. • Update respective raw material data into control system. • Communicate with cross functional department on the raw material movement and control. • Prepare yearly and quarterly budget for raw material. • Purchase of materials for department use. • Consumable item issuance, control and reporting. • Conduct of 5S self audit, reporting, follow up until closure of all findings. • Sub-contractor work scheduling and preparation of documents for custom approval. • Conduct necessary trainings to subordinates. • Supervise and delegate the above tasks among team members. • Any other tasks as assigned by superior time to time.
