JOB SUMMARY Carry out a process of credit appraisal of financing applications which includes the financial evaluation; forecast of revenue, profitability, return of investment and financing payback; assessment of risks for mitigation and security enhancement before the proposal is brought to approval committee for decision. The credit appraisal process is followed by the issuance of Offer Letter as per approved terms and conditions by the approval committee. Insertion of applicants’ and financing details into system prior to security documentation process and fund drawdown. Produce relevant reports to the management for periodic updates. Attend administrative issues on the production/revision of financing guidelines/SOP and for financing products development. ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: 1.0 ADMINISTRATION To insert applicants’ information and financing details into S3P system for recording and drawdown purpose. To extract and sort financing information from the S3P system for the preparation of financing report which to be tabled to the management on regular basis. To highlight any financing and operational issues in the issue log of S3P System for system enhancement and also for the production/revision of financing/credit guidelines/SOP. 2.0 OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES To process all financing applications upon receipt of complete supporting documents from the Marketing Section. To prepare credit papers for review/recommendation for approval by the approval committee. To lodge the Single Customer Credit Limit (SCCL) of each franchisor and pre-franchisor to Risk Management Department. To conduct risk assessment for further evaluation by Risk Management Department. To present the proposal to approval committee for decision. To produce Offer Letter to the customers which the financing terms and conditions are as per decision. To verify the information on assets, collateral and financial data prior to proposal presentation to the approval committee. Verification may require site visitation, 3rd party reference and confirmation from information providers such as; franchisor, ROF, auditor, company secretary, vendors and etc. To observe the process timeline as stipulated in the existing financing/credit guidelines.
