Position: Admin Officer (International Student Department) Responsibilities 1. To assist international student pass/visa applications via the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and/or Immigration Department of Malaysia. 2. To assist in providing relevant on-going advice and support for the wellbeing of international students during their time of study at the Institution. 3. To assist in delivering effective orientation and guidance to ease the transition into Malaysia and enable international students to integrate effectively in Malaysia. General requirements 1. Diploma/Degree in a related field. 2. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). 3. Preferably have related working experience in an academic institution. 4. Those with no working experience in academic institution are also welcome to apply. 5. Able to support the overall planning of the management and administrative tasks. 6. Able to maintain friendly and professional relationships with all stakeholders. 7. To organize employee engagement activities / events. 8. Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. 9. Good written and spoken communication skills, especially able to inform and advise others clearly. 10. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 11. Any other assignments by the management from time to time.
