• Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties • Preparation of resolutions, minutes and other corporate secretarial documents • Update and maintain statutory records of clients • Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns / forms with SSM • Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task and work independently • Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel application, good typing skills and having knowledge of MYCOID, MBRS and Secretarial Software is an added advantage • Professional Certificate / ICSA / Degree in Corporate or Business Admin. Those without qualification but with relevant working experience will also be considered. • Full time position only
