Job Description: -1. Maintain attendance record every week / monthly 2. Prepared company letter (etc N/port) 3. Operating office equipment including printer, fax machine etc 4. Answering phones, responding to email and inquiries 5. Maintaining filling document 6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures 7. Liaise with management to handle request and queries from managers Job Requirement: - Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field. - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. - Proficient in MS Office. - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. - Relevant working experience in the related field is an added advantage. - Able to handle stress and pressure. - Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
