Requirements: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required Candidate possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Candidate who can converse, read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability Patience and Resilience Analytical thinker, multitask and problem solver Good discipline and team player Responsibilities Knowledge in UBS and able to handle full set of accounts. To assist the Manager to manage the companies within the group, day to day accounting and finance functions of the group. To maintain proper accounting records, stock monitoring and documents control. To liaise with auditors/tax agents/company secretaries on matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements. To liaise with Matrade/Custom/related Govt agencies on matters of grants, SST etc. To ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded on a timely manner. To assist in any other task or assignments as and when assigned by the Management. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing Able to coordinate with other department to complete works Able to go bank and government office submit and collect documents. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payrolls. Involve in attendance management and leave management. Responsible for issue of HR related letters to employees. Assisting the HR Manager in administration and execution of HR activities effectively, such as performance appraisal, training and developments, employee relations, etc. Responsible for administrative matters, such office facility maintenance, office cleanliness, stationery order and security, etc To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
