MAINTENACE TECHNICIAN

1) To carry out regular maintenance and removal of paint sludge on the painting jigs; 2) To ensure those exhaust and supply fans are regularly and properly tensioned and greased; 3) To ensure that paint sludge is regularly removed; 4) To ensure that inspection and transport trolleys are regularly inspected against defects and malfunction; 5) To carry out all piping job (air piping, water piping and etc) 6) To keep 5S throughout work area, whole factory and premises 7) To ensure safety measures are taken care when job is carried out. 8) To carry out duties positively according to company policy, rules and regulations 9) To carry out any other assignment which may be allotted to you from time to time by your superior.
