RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee and identify promising prospects through the sales process to attract new clients and partners. • Knowledgeable about Japanese food products especially Sake and others foods. • Working with the team members to oversee and manage identified risk. • Establish and grow business relationships with clients and partners, identifying their needs effectively to contribute to company’s top line revenue growth. • Research and identify new market opportunities. • Involved in preparing and providing pitch decks to potential partners and investors. • Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the organization. • Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required. • Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors. • Responsible for the planning, developing, implementing and growing the digital business strategy for Business Division. • Responsible for the planning, developing, implementing full spectrum marketing campaigns that promote Business Division products and/or services. • Responsible for measuring and reporting on the sales performance of all marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital). • Plan and drive website and e-commerce traffic for Business Division digital platform. • Plan and drive innovation on products offering and campaigns. • Plan and develop marketing contents. • Identify potential partnerships, opportunities to develop digital and non-digital business. • Build and strengthen external & internal stakeholders’ partnership. • Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of end-to-end customer experience of Business Division. • Conduct and participate in product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats and talks to drive business, branding and enhance market visibility. • To manage and service Company’s existing and future clients via digital and non-digital platform. • To continuously review and improve digital platform features and functionalities. • Gather and report market intelligence on market trend, competitors' product and other relevant market information.
