Office Assistant

Job Requirements: • Minimum SPM. • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Job Description: • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the building and compound areas of designated block. • Conduct cleanliness audit and prepare the audit report periodically. • Ensure the maintenance of the campus landscape is carried out professionally. • Ensure periodic inspections and extermination services for pest control are carried out. • Ensure all lights and air conditioners in unoccupied rooms and laboratories are switched off. • Ensure the cleanliness of the lakes and ponds according to schedule. • Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time. * *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
