MANUFACTURING PROGRAM OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

1. Having Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical field. 2. Min 10 years hands on working experience in Operating, setting, programming for CNC machines. 3. Must be familiar in Operating CNC machines such as VMC, HMC machines a. Must be able to do design & manufacture jigs & fixtures and tool holders. b. Must be able in Quality management system such as TPM, Six Sigma, kaizen. 4. Must be familiar with 2d print and GD&T tolerances. 5. Must be familiar in using Brother Howa MZN, TC31B, Brother S700x2, Brother S500x1, Mazak with Fanuc & Mitsubishi controllers. 6. Able to lead & guide a group of technicians, Engineering Assistant, Assistant Engineer. 7. Able to prepare of manufacturing feasibility & measurement feasibility reports. 8. Must be able to do cycle time improvements against Product cost and Operation cost. 9. Able to be calculating manufacturing cost based on the Print & Operation Sequence of process. 10. Must have experience in working night shift. 11. Must be willing to work extra hours. 12. Salary will be between RM 5000 to RM 5500 depending upon experience and skill set.
