Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy Analysis and Review:

- Evaluate the terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements

- Identify potential risks, inconsistencies or ambiguities in policy documentation

- Recommend amendments or updates to policies as needed

2. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure all insurance policies comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards

- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting insurance policies

3. Risk Assessment:

- Assess the adequacy of coverage provided by policies based on client needs and organisational objectives

- Highlight gaps or overlaps in insurance coverage

4. Policy Comparison

- Compare policies from different providers to recommend the best options for clients or the organisation

- Provide a clear summary of differences in coverage, terms and costs

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of reviewed policies, including findings and recommendations

- Prepare detailed reports summarising policy reviews for internal teams or clients

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma and Degree holder. Finance, Risk management or related field

- Experience: Fresh graduate are encourage

- Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

5. 文档管理与报告

- 维护益审核保单的确定记录,包括发现的问题和建议

- 准备详细的报告,为内部团队或客户提供保单审查的滴要
