Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide full range of organization & corporate support to SVP.
  • To handle any travel booking related to both business and personal needs.
  • To perform any others task as assigned by the SVP as and when request.
  • Coordinates appointment.
  • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly.
  • Handling general administrative duties.
  • To handle confidential office correspondences.
  • Assist in planning, organize and implement the project kick-off and develop CRS activities.
  • Coordinate and implement all workshop, meeting, and discussion.
  • Maintain the PMO tools such as Document Management and KM
  • Providing clerical/ secretarial support.
  • Implement Project Management standards throughout the project.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Handle ad hoc task given by Superior

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
