Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Provide full range of organization & corporate support to SVP.
- To handle any travel booking related to both business and personal needs.
- To perform any others task as assigned by the SVP as and when request.
- Coordinates appointment.
- Ensure all documents are filed accordingly.
- Handling general administrative duties.
- To handle confidential office correspondences.
- Assist in planning, organize and implement the project kick-off and develop CRS activities.
- Coordinate and implement all workshop, meeting, and discussion.
- Maintain the PMO tools such as Document Management and KM
- Providing clerical/ secretarial support.
- Implement Project Management standards throughout the project.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Handle ad hoc task given by Superior
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
