IT Analyst (IT Purchasing/ IT Contract Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating purchase requisitions and monitor/support purchase order, invoice inquiries, financial forecasting, intake and processing of funding requests activities.
• Tracking and forecasting all IT contracted workforce (e.g. consultants, contractors, professional services, etc.), including purchase requisition creation and subsequent tracking through procurement, purchase order release and invoice receipt.
• Supporting intake and processing of IT funding requests related to IT contracted workforce.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards showing IT contracted workforce spend by IT tower.
• Supporting the review of all Gate 1 (project requests) and Gate 2 (funding requests), track and communicate status.
• Tracking and analyzing spend and contracts related to IT contracted workforce.

Job Requirements:

• BS in Computer/Management Information Services or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Information Technology experience that include IT purchasing and/or IT Contract Management.
• 3+ years building business relationships with key customers (client/account/vendor management).
• Purchase requisition creation experience in ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Procure to Pay process experience/knowledge (e.g. Quote, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Reciept, Invoice, etc.).
• Reporting and dashboard creation for management reporting and decision making.
• Combination of conceptual and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work US Pacific Time Zone (PST) is required
• Work from home is available

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
