Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education best practices.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes children's curiosity and love of learning.
- Guide children in developing essential skills such as language, literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and fine/gross motor skills.
- Observe and assess children's individual learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
