ASST. PRODUCTION MANAGER / PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Daily, Weekly

1) Assist in workers attendance & arrangement verification for all production lines.

2) Assist in workers training such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training, personal hygiene, workplace safety training & briefings.

3) Assist in production plant GMP checking & inspection; take immediate actions if found any abnormalities in the production plant that can provoke GMP or food quality & safety issues.

4) Assist in production schedule implementation by verifying packaging raw material supply for production such as bottles, cartons, caps & labels.

5) Actively involved in production planning and monitoring the production schedule which corresponded to actual finished goods produced.

6) Prepare & review on daily production report and following up with relevant departments’ head on outstanding issues.

7) Assist in water treatment activities by monitoring the raw & finished product water TDS & reservoir water level.

8) Liaise with technical team on machineries break down & spare parts purchase related matters in order to ensure production line is continue in smooth running condition.

Monthly

1) Arrange meeting with technicians & production supervisors to discuss on weekly machine breakdown & production down time matters and find solution to improve it.

2) Assist in production documentation task such as generate monthly production
report for filling line & PET injection moulding & bottle blowing line.

3) To prepare monthly production raw material rejection report & conduct meeting with technician & production supervisors to discuss on root cause & improvement measures.

Adhoc / Occasionally / Upon Request

1) Assist in scheduled waste inventory reporting task to Department of Environment (DOE) on monthly basis.

2) Assist safety officer in doing plant environmental, health & safety checking when requested.

3) To be involved in the food quality, safety, Halal & customers audit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
