  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate Mandarin-speaking Beauty Advisors to join our team. As a beauty expert, you will assist customers in selecting high-end beauty devices, provide personalized consultations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

  • Salary Junior: RM2,000 - 2,500 | * 1 Years
  • Salary Senior: RM2,500 - RM3,000
  • Commission & Incentives: RM4,000 to RM7,000 per month based on performance.

Working: 6 Days Weeks (1 Day Off)

  • Hours: Mall Operation Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

  • Provide tailored beauty consultations and demonstrate high-end beauty devices.
  • Share in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable routines and products.
  • Foster hands-on experiences to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating positive shopping experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Sales Achievement

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective recommendations and upselling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail & Training to achieve overall store goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beauty devices and wellness products.
  • Stay updated on new product releases, technologies, and brand stories.

Inventory Assistance

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to the Head of Retail & Training.

Store Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the store is well-organized.
  • Assist with product displays and promptly report damaged testers or stock.
  • Keep daily checklists updated to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in beauty retail, skincare advisory roles, or luxury services is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong upselling skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum secondary education level.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required for this role.
