Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and make a meaningful impact in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries from employees and provide support as needed.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
