Administrative Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate process and procedure documents for supply chain functions (e.g., order creation, importation, delivery orders, consignment notes, etc.).
- Assist in tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support and supply chain operations tasks to the team.
- Coordinating between different teams or departments.
- Helping prepares project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting updates.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Administration, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or related field.
- Excellent understanding of invoicing and procurement process.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, time-management skills, and good team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good problem-solving skills.

- 3 to 6 months of internship period (Can join earliest January/February possible)
