Job Description
-To handle customer's incoming calls and inquiries.
-To process customers' order and ensure goods are delivered on time to them
-To establish and maintain good relationship with customers
-To prepare documentation, quotation, confirmation order, Delivery Order, Invoices and other relevant document.
-To liaise with production team and warehouse to ensure the correct goods are delivered to customer
-To provide after-sales support to customers
-To assist in Payment Collection from customers.
Job Requirements
-Minimum education level: SPM
-prefer candidates with experience in sales/customer service, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
-Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin is a bonus.
-Computer-literate
-Prefer candidates with own transport

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
