Customer Service Specialist (Upselling & Crosseling)
Customer Interaction: Answering inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers who need assistance with purchases, account management, technical issues, and product inquiries.
Sales Support: Engaging with potential customers to upsell or cross sell additional products and services, helping them choose solutions that meet their needs.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting issues related to domains, websites, hosting, and other digital products, and providing effective solutions or escalating to higher support when needed.
Customer Education: Explaining project's offerings and guiding customers through the use of various tools, often assisting with website setup or troubleshooting.
Relationship Building: Building trust and rapport with customers to enhance retention and long-term satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience with the project.
- Experience in customer service for BPO industry is a must.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- Education: SPM holders are welcome, provided they have strong English skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shift.
- Willing to work in Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya.
