Sales Advisor (SPM, Commission + OT, Shah Alam / Kota Damansara)

• Conduct daily tools box meetings.
• Report weekly operations to the supervisor.
• Offering comprehensive product information to customers.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer care and delivering high-level customer service.
• Utilizing active listening skills to identify customer needs.
• Confidently making and closing sales.
• Understanding the significance of best-selling products and highlighting key features.
• Actively monitor the sales team, provide feedback, and offer regular coaching on the above tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with computer systems.
• Availability to work 6 days a week.
• Work locations available in:
• Selangor: Shah Alam, Kota Damansara.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
