Key Responsibilities

1. Performing Market Analysis and Research on the Latest Trends:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and social media to help inform the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Analyze industry reports, competitor activities, and customer preferences to uncover opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing efforts.

2. Assisting with Daily Administrative Duties:

  • Provide support with daily operations of the marketing team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Help with coordinating and organizing marketing events, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and reports, helping to ensure that internal and external communications are clear and aligned with company objectives.

3. Designing and Presenting New Social Media Campaign Ideas:

  • Brainstorm creative and engaging social media campaign concepts that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design campaign visuals and messaging, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, and on-brand.

4. Monitoring All Social Media Platforms for Trending News, Ideas, and Feedback:

  • Keep a close eye on trending topics, news, and conversations across social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Identify relevant trends and popular content ideas that could be leveraged to create timely and engaging social media posts or campaigns.
  • Monitor audience feedback on social media platforms, collecting insights and customer feedback that can inform future content and strategies.

5. Researching and Evaluating Competitor Marketing and Digital Content:

  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand their content strategies, social media presence, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitor content, identifying areas where the company can differentiate itself or capitalize on unmet audience needs.
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve the company’s digital presence and content to stay competitive in the market.

6. Contributing to the Creation of Mock-Ups, Email Campaigns, and Social Media Content:

  • Assist in the design and development of content for email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Help in drafting compelling and persuasive copy for social media and email campaigns to boost engagement and drive conversions.

7. Shooting & Editing Short Content Videos:

  • Assist in the production of short-form video content for social media platforms, such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
  • Capture footage and images, edit video content, and enhance visuals to create attention-grabbing and shareable videos that align with marketing goals.
  • Edit videos with creative transitions, effects, and appropriate branding to ensure content is high quality and resonates with the audience.

Requirements

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Skills:

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.

- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a bonus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
