Job Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s safety and health policies and programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant safety laws and standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications to eliminate or mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Auditing: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Awareness: Plan and deliver safety and health training for employees at all levels.
  • Reporting: Maintain and submit safety reports, accident statistics, and other required documentation to regulatory authorities.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and test emergency response and evacuation plans.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Safety and Health Officer (Green Book holder) by DOSH.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH laws and regulations.
  • Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
