Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure any projects assigned are properly managed, coordinated and executed as required by the Company’s objective, policy, clients and government regulations.
- Manage and implement the maintenance operations are fulfills the Contract Agreement’s term and condition with the State Government.
- Undertake and responsible the administrative duties as a department head within set of authorities limit.
- Analyst, plan, coordinate, monitor, control and review the budget & business plan.
- Ensure all record pertaining to the maintenance activities are well kept, maintain and control to ensure the private and confidential documents belong to the company are well kept and not to expose to the public.
- Analyze, plan, schedule, propose and implement identified defect or other remedial works than the routine maintenance works. Ensure the budget are available before execute the works.
- Coordinate, monitor, prepare, compile and submit reports to the clients and superiors as schedule.
- Monitor all claims to the client or received from the sub-contractors were submitted on timely manner and paid accordingly.
- Ensure all activities or works executed at site are implemented, claim and paid by the client.
- Plan, schedule, conduct, attend and implement meeting as required by the management, client and authorities.
- Coordinate, plan and monitor all activities related to the operation needs are safe and environmental friendly.
- Manage complaints effectively and efficiently from clients, publics and other. Ensure all actions taken were executed in proper manner, report each action taken and keep detail record of each occasion and action.
- Maintain and improve the good working relationship with the relevant local authorities, the company organization and group of companies.
- Ensure all company assets movement are traceable, properly control and always maintain in good condition.
- Monitor, coordinate, analyst, conduct domestic inquiry and ensure the staff and sub-contractor discipline are met the company’s policy, rules, regulation standard and government regulation.
- Undertake other duties as and when directed by the superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
