Required to perform receptionist's duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Duties (Key Responsibilities):
- Attending incoming calls
- Make outgoing calls for staff
- Check telephone lines (done fortnightly)
- Monitor stationaries
- Attending to Customer's queries
- Registration of incoming & outgoing mail
- Arrange for courier service
- Distribution of incoming mails
- Liaison with General Assistant (on tender documents collection)
- Liaison with Despatch Clerk (on documents to be collected or send out)
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
- Minimum SPM/MCE holder or equivalent
- Possess good telephone etiquette
- Pleasant personality
- Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Age 35 years old and below.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
