Job Description:
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and Marketing and Branding Manager to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is often preferred.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative abilities is essential.
- Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities to generate visually appealing and effective designs.
- Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with other designers, marketers, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Software Updates: Keeping up-to-date with the latest design software updates and industry trends.
