1. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive OSH and Risk Executive Assistance to support the Quality Assurance (QA) and Information Technology (IT) departments in ensuring the effective implementation of quality management systems and IT solutions.
2. Key Responsibilities:
a. Quality Assurance (QA) Activities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Help coordinate internal and external quality audits and document the findings.
- Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for non-conformities identified during audits.
- Assist in tracking and reporting quality performance metrics and trends.
b. Process Improvement:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement within the organization’s operations.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for quality control and product consistency.
c. Document Control:
- Help maintain accurate records of quality assurance documents, procedures, and test results.
- Ensure that all quality documentation is up to date and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
d. Regulatory Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring that the organization’s IT infrastructure and quality systems comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor any changes in regulations affecting quality control processes or IT systems, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.
e. Risk Identification and Mitigation:
- Assist in identifying potential risks related to both IT infrastructure and quality assurance processes.
- Support the development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
f. System Maintenance and Support:
- Provide administrative support for IT systems, including the maintenance of databases, software applications, and hardware.
- Assist in troubleshooting IT issues reported by staff, escalating technical problems to IT specialists as needed.
- Help maintain inventory and documentation related to IT hardware and software assets.
g. Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and analysing data for IT and quality reporting purposes.
- Support in generating periodic reports on system performance, software updates, and quality metrics.
3. Qualifications:
a. Education:
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
4. Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with quality management software or IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with different teams and departments.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including software applications, databases, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential areas of improvement.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
