Overview:

Farmasia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Executive and Sales Manager in servicing retail outlets such as pharmacies and clinics for our range of medical devices. This role is critical in ensuring our products are well-represented in retail outlets and contributing to the growth of the company’s overall sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Retail Outlet Support:

Regularly visit assigned retail pharmacies to provide excellent service.

Check stock levels and coordinate replenishments as necessary.

Ensure products are well-positioned and merchandised attractively on shelves.

2-Product Training:

Provide basic product training to retail floor staff to enhance their understanding of Farmasia’s products.

3-Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and submit timely reports on stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.

Communicate customer feedback and inquiries to the Sales Manager for prompt resolution.

4-Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the Sales Executive and Sales Manager to align on strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

5-Sales Growth Contribution:

Support efforts to achieve company sales targets by ensuring retail outlets are optimally serviced and products are promoted effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum [ SPM/Diploma/Degree].

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Willingness to travel to retail outlets within the assigned area.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of medical devices is an advantage, but training will be provided.
